Long run and three birds / Lange duurloop en drie vogels

I'm running again. Tried my new insoles for the first time. Too early to tell yet. My foot still hurts, but I hope it will gradually improve. Went for a long run along the river Rupel. Grey and misty today. Saw three birds. Great fun to see the woodpecker.

We lopen alweer. Voor het eerst met de nieuwe sportzolen. Het is nog te vroeg om conclusies te trekken. Voet doet nog pijn maar ik hoop dat het stelselmatig beter gaat. Ging vandaag voor een lange duurloop langs de Rupel. Grijze en mistige dag. Zag drie vogels, vooral de groene specht was leuk.
